Expressions of Interest, Public Art Brisbane Supreme Court and District Court

Deadline: June 26, 2009, 5:00 pm

On behalf of the Department Justice and Attorney-General, Project Services Department of Public Works is calling for Expressions of Interest from artists located in Queensland, interstate or overseas in providing public art for the new Brisbane Supreme Court and District Court.

The public art budget allocated by the Department of Justice and Attorney-General for new internal and external artworks is significant and reflects the status of the building as the major court building in the State.  Artworks will be both 2D and 3D and up to five artworks may be commissioned.

Artists with an interest in providing public art in this context are invited to apply.

To receive a copy of the Expression of Interest Package, please call Christine Murray on (07) 3224 4424 or email [email protected].
