Laurence Payot & Spazi Docili have been commissioned by CAAPO to carry out 'one-off' public art works in Cardiff City Centre. The exact nature of these works is still under development. the works are part of the Moving Sculpture in the Public Realm - ‘Dystopia: Are We Nearly There Yet?’ Series.

CAAPO is excited to see how the respective artists execute their plans in a city centre that will hustling and bustling with the exuberance of around 100,000 Welsh & French rugby fans.
