Artist Opportunity Penarth Learning Community, Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, Wales:
Integrated Glazing and Internal Public Artwork Commission.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council has appointed EMP Projects to work with them to develop and manage a public art programme for the Penarth Learning Community.

Penarth Learning Community is an ambitious and exciting new building for St Cyres School and a new school to accommodate Ysgol Erw’r Delyn, Ysgol Maes Dyfan and Ashgrove.

This commission is for a specialist glass artist (or artist team) with a strong, international reputation to design and develop integrated glass artworks, internal glazed balustrades and associated additional internal designs.

The overall budget for this project is £100,000.00.
