Barrowcliff Park Commission

Groundwork North Yorkshire is seeking to appoint an artist to design and fabricate entrance features and playful sculptures for a new children’s play area at Barrowcliff Park, Scarborough. Community engagement work is part of the commission and the broad theme is the Wizard of Oz. Total budget is £25,000 and timescale for the project is November 2014 to April 2015.
