Dorset/Swindon/Torbay Commission 2010

Since Autumn 2008, the local authorities from Torbay, Dorset and Swindon have been working in partnership with Arts Council England SW and Audiences South West on a project to increase participation in the arts. This initiative to increase engagement has brought together the 3 authorities to work on how this might be addressed.
The first stage of this project involved working on audience development and organisation capacity. We are now entering Phase Two and wish to commission an artist/artists to produce for us a world class piece of work.
