Lead Artist opportunity

Fresh Arts, the ongoing arts programme for North Bristol NHS Trust, seeks expressions of interest from artists wishing to undertake a lead artist role in a project that celebrates the history of Frenchay Hospital and North Bristol NHS Trust whilst looking to the future as it goes through a period of transition and change.
The appointed lead artist will devise and help recruit artists for a programme of exciting activities to engage with the hospital community of staff, patients and visitors, as well as the wider communities of Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The outcomes of this programme will influence the lead artist as they create a permanent body of work to be displayed along the main corridor at Frenchay Hospital.
This position is open to artists, researchers or curators. Collaborative applications will be welcomed. It will commence in March 09 and be complete by September 09
