WHO: professional practicing artists with experience in working with local communities and creating external art in public spaces.
WHAT: Scotswood Village Residents in partnership with Newcastle City Council seek to appoint a professional practicing artist to develop a symbolic sculpture which they feel would depict the rich coal mining and industrial heritage of their local community on Fowberry Road Roundabout leading into the village green.
