Bring Your Own Beamer

Bring Your Own Beamer is an international moving image art exhibition that encourages artists to participate by bringing their own "beamer" or projector for a night of live collaboration. Established in Berlin by Rafael Rozendaal in 2010, BYOB has become a global phenomenon with events and collaborations taking place across the globe.
BYOB Folkestone takes place on the 5th of September 2015 at 23-25 Tontine Street. This is an opportunity for film makers, photographers and visual artists to experiment, collaborate and be part of a new exhibition.
Taking place in the ample space of 23-25 Tontine Street participants work, while not being limited by theme, is encouraged to react to the environment.
Please be aware that projectors and extension cords will not be provided and that although not required pre-registration is encouraged. The organisers will be more than happy to let you preview the space and discuss your ideas.
