One of Europe’s largest light festivals is taking place in both Durham and Derry~Londonderry in the winter of 2013.
Lumiere visits Durham for a third time and makes its debut in Derry~Londonderry as the finale of the City of Culture 2013 celebrations. In this magical light festival, artists and designers will use light in its many forms to transform the cities into a vast outdoor gallery.
