Laid to Rest Finale Procession: 18th September
The finale event of ‘Laid to Rest’, a year long project by Serena Korda, will take place on Sunday 18th September at 3pm.
Convene on the corner of Endsleigh Gardens and Taviton Street, NW1 to follow a horse drawn procession and marching band to Brunswick Square Gardens where Korda’s Laid to Rest bricks, recently exhibited in the Wellcome Collection’s Dirt exhibition, will be ceremonially interred.
No booking is necessary, and the event will last approximately 2 hours.
Laid to Rest is a project by Serena Korda, curated by UP Projects and commissioned by the Wellcome Trust as part of their “Dirt” season.
