PASW Regional Newsletter: Autumn 2000
Lottery Update - South West Arts
South West Arts closed the current Regional Arts Lottery Programme (RALP) at the end of March. The Small Scale Capital Scheme is 'open for business' until the end of April. This is in anticipation of the new scheme, also called the Regional Arts Lottery Programme, which was launched at the beginning of April.
The new RALP will combine the previous two schemes, along with a third strand called 'organisational development', into a single programme with one application form, guidelines and revised regional priorities. These will be available in June from South West Arts and the earliest date for receiving applications is 31 July 2000.
The Arts Council of England is making progress on the large Capital Programme and we expect the new guidelines shortly. And at the other end of the scale it has been confirmed that the Millennium Festival Awards for All scheme, for smaller applications, will be continued for at least a further two years.
