Brief for Design Teams
The Brief to shortlisted design teams for Stage 2 of the Competitive Tender process includes details of the requirements of applicants for the Stage 2 submission, the selection process and the how the selected Design Team is expected to work with the in-house Streetscape Working Group.
The section on the Final Product sets out the strategies which the Streetscape Design Strategy and Streetscape Design Manual should encompass. These include incorporation of the Design Team Artists' input into the design process and creation of the manual, and a specific role for artists to design features or artists' lighting within the Lighting Strategy and within the overall Public Art Strategy.
