Summary Artist's Brief

There was no initial brief, simply an invitation from the Town Council for the artist to come up with an appropriate and original lighting scheme for the town within a limited budget. The measured pace of the project's early stages allowed the artist to research different ideas and technologies before firming up the final scheme.
