At the conclusion of the conceptual design phase of the project, the Art Team submitted their work for consideration by the annual Progressive Architecture Awards Programme. Jurists that year were James Cutler, Zaha Hadid, Dan Hanganu, Carlos Jimenez and Sheila Kennedy.
