Building 100' x 580' with two smaller attached nodes each approx. 40' x 65' on a 7.5 acre site (35,000 square meters).

Summary Artist's Brief
The initial brief, as contained in the City of San Diego Public Art Policy , was to create a public art component in the project as an integral aspect of the overall site or building design. Through negotiation between contractor and artist, this became the following more specific brief: The artist should attend all meetings and give his opinion on all designs - engineering, architectural, landscape - in order to affect the overall design of the project.
